Services We Provide :
We carry out development of plot plans, equipment layouts, civil information drawings, P & ids, piping layouts, electrical layouts, HVAC layouts, etc. We also prepare specialized layouts as required by statutory bodies viz. MIDC, MPCB, DISH, PESO (CCOE), Electrical Inspector, etc.
We are well familiar with most of the process equipments viz reactors, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, different types of agitators, pumps etc. We have dealt with various materials of construction (MOC) viz. MS, SS, Jacketed, with limpet coils with various types of lining namely PP, rubber, tile lining, PVDF, PTFE, glass etc. We have designed equipment working at various temperatures and pressures. We are also familiar with various standards and codes required viz. IS, ASME, DIN, to name a few.
We undertake virtually all types of detail and project engineering related assignments related to the electrical engineering discipline. It includes design of incoming power supply station consisting of line terminations, transformer sizing, meter room layout, HT & LT distribution, lighting design, preparation of different layouts & so on, covering flameproof and non-flameproof installations.
We have undertaken piping design with variety of materials namely carbon steel, stainless steel, electro-polished SS, nonferrous, non metallic, rubber lined, PTFE lined, etc. with various kinds of cold and hot insulation, with temperatures ranging from (-) 40°C to more than 300°C and pressures from vacuum up to 100 bar. (For hydraulic control circuits / pneumatic testing handled upto 350 bar).
