Project Consultants is a leading service provider and engineering
consultant. In industries, we have catered to chemical, bulk drug, pharmaceutical types of plants and other sectors, with the help of our associates as required. We have experience in designing of RCC and Steel Structures for industrial, residential and commercial installations.
Our Services We carry out development of
plot plan, equipment layouts, civil information drawings, piping
layouts, electrical layouts, HVAC layouts, etc. We also prepare
specialized layouts as required by statutory bodies like, MIDC, MPCB,
DISH, CCOE, Electrical Inspector, etc.
We are familiar with most
of the types of process equipments like reactors, pressure vessels,
tanks, heat exchangers, difference types of agitators, etc. We have
dealt with difference material and constructions like MS, SS, Jacketed,
with limpet coils with various types of lining like PP rubber, tile
lining, PTFE, glass etc. We have designed equipment working at various
temperatures and pressures. We are also familiar with various standards
and codes required likes IS, ASME, DIN, to name a few.
We have
extensive experience in piping design. We have dealt with variety of
materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, electro-polished ss,
nonferrous, non metallic, rubber lined, PTFE lined, etc, with various
kinds of cold and hot insulation, with temperatures ranging from (-)
40°C to more than 300°C and pressures from vacuum up to 100 bar.
